This project focused on designing a data visualisation dashboard to communicate Citi’s progress toward its 100% digital transformation goals. The challenge was to translate complex adoption metrics into engaging and user-friendly visual narrative that could be easily understood by internal colleagues. By applying UX principles of information hierarchy and visual storytelling, the dashboard transformed raw data into attractable design, helping teams track milestones, celebrate progress, and stay aligned with corporate ESG objectives.
