As the lead responsible for the visual strategy and execution of Citi’s ESG report, my objective was to ensure the report effectively showcased Citi's vital progress toward building more sustainable, diverse, and equitable communities across Asia Pacific. This included clearly articulating actions taken to achieve net-zero emissions and broader regional sustainability initiatives. My role centered on orchestrating the report's design, ensuring it not only adhered to Citi’s rigorous global brand standards but also significantly enhanced stakeholder understanding and engagement with its critical content.

Producing the report within a tight six-week deadline presented significant challenges due to content contributions from 6 individuals at different times.
